Our human resources policy is to help our employees improve along with their job by adopting a quality focused, just and equitable approach and to ensure that they have a voice in our organization with the added value they produce.
The job applications made to Helin is determined on after going through an elimination process. Applications made to consulting companies are requested when necessary and references from the company personnel are asked for from time to time.
Interviews and the recruitment process:
The suitable applicants are called and invited to our company a few days before the interview date. The specialized directors of the relevant sections have an interview with the person who is considered to be recruited and the person concerned undergoes an evaluation process. Basic and advanced psychometric tests are applied in some cases.
Helin looks from a broad perspective while recruiting employees and chooses the possible director candidates of the future by acting with a farseeing approach.

In job applications;
Foreign language knowledge,
Active and efficient use of computer,
Having completed one’s military service (For Male Candidates),
At least 2 year or 4 year education programme degree or at least 2 year field experience are required.

The duration of the period between your invitation to the company for job interview and being informed about the results varies for every position and person and is approximately 20 days. You are sent a reply by e-mail even if your job interview results negative. Your resume is transferred to our database in order to be evaluated for a possible vacancy in the future and stored there for 6 months.

In which direction does the need for human resources change?
The needs of Helin for human resources materialize upon leaving of one of our current employees on account of military service, retirement, resignation etc. or the establishment of a new company or department.
